I hope you don't mind me commenting - but I was reading the advice people had left on Kelly's Korner and saw your comment. We have an almost 3 year old who is very strong willed and who also has communication delays. Since I noticed that you had made it through this - do you have any advice?
Betsy, Logan never really had communication delays, he just wanted to speak so badly at 14-18 months old and couldn't get the words out and thats something he kind of outgrew by the time he was two, thank goodness! :) However; in your situation maybe working on some signs for common things such as drink, hungry, play, etc would help? I have heard that lots of people do that to ease some of the issues. As for being strong-willed.....let me know when you find something out on that issue, because I am just as clueless!!!
